Top ten DOTA 2 carries at The International 2019

DOTA 2 carries are the bosses of the late game; once farmed they are the most important factors in a match. The best carries are able to farm quickly even under pressure to ensure they get their items. They are also able to make snap decisions during a team fight to make sure their team is victorious. 10. Marcus “Ace” Hoelgaard

After year stint with Team Secret, Ace is now playing as the carry for Ninjas in Pyjamas. He is well known for his Lone Druid and Razor plays but he also plays Meepo as an ace up his sleeve. With ppd’s captaining and the rest of the squad we will have to see how the Ninjas in Pyjamas will go at TI9.

9. Yawar “YawaR” Hassan

He is currently the carry for the North American squad recently picked up by Newbee. As the older brother of SumaiL, he has some big expectations placed on him. Known for his fantastic plays on heroes like Ember Spirit and Shadow Fiend. Having qualified through the regional qualifiers, YawaR and his squad have a tough run in the upcoming tournament.

8. Kim “Gabbi” Villafuerte

As the carry for TNC Predator, Gabbi has been an integral part of the team’s many victories. Particularly in recent tournaments, Gabbi and his team have transformed into a strong squad. Possibly due to the influence of their new coach, Heen. Hopefully they will be making an exciting run in this year’s International.

7. Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev

RAMZES is the youngster carry for the Russian squad, Virtus.pro. Known for his plays on aggressive plays on heroes like Lifestealer, Ursa and Juggernaut. While VP has previously not done so well at TIs, RAMZES will definitely be playing hard for that aegis.

6. Artour “Arteezy” Babaev

Currently EG’s star carry, Arteezy has struggled over the years to achieve greatness. However, perhaps this is the year for Arteezy to lift that aegis. Then again he may get stuck on a cliff and just claim third place again. Either way, we are sure to see some amazing Arc Warden and Terrorblade plays from rtz.

5. Wang “Ame” Chunyu

An integral player in the PSG.LGD lineup, Ame has helped his team to many victories and strong performances. His stellar plays on Terrorblade, Phantom Lancer and Gyrocopter are sure to be on display at the tournament. Hopefully, Ame and PSG.LGD will make a deep run at the tournament in front of their home crowd.

4. Zhang “Paparazi灬” Chengjun

Vici Gaming’s carry, Paparazi will be an important player throughout the upcoming tournament. His Lifestealer, Sven, Slark and other heroes are sure to feature at The International. With the home crowd cheering on him and his team, they are sure to perform well at the event.

3. Amer “Miracle-” Al-Barkawi

The flashy superstar, Miracle- is continuing on as Team Liquid’s carry. This International we are likely to see Miracle- play his signature style on heroes like Invoker and Anti-Mage. It will be interesting to see how he will fare with his w33-revitalised Team Liquid squad.

2. Michał “Nisha” Jankowski

The Polish superstar carry, Nisha, is Team Secret’s current carry. He has been a huge factor in their phenomenal success in the past DPC season. His signature heroes – Spectre, Terrorblade and Morphling are sure to be shown off during the tournament!.

TI champion and star DOTA 2 player, ana is currently the carry for OG. As one of the only Australian DOTA 2 players, he is doing the country proud especially with his aegis win last year. Alongside the rest of the OG squad, ana will bring out his Ember Spirit, Phantom Lancer and Spectre plays for another shot at the DOTA 2 Championship.
